In the second quarter of 2024, the horror game genre has displayed varying degrees of player engagement across the board. With data sourced from Sensor Tower, let's delve into the performance of top horror game applications on unified platforms in the US.

Identity V, published by NetEase Games, saw its revenue peak at $660K in mid-April before experiencing a downward trend to $451K by the end of June. Downloads surged to 172K in late April, yet dwindled to 58K by the quarter's close. Weekly active users fluctuated, reaching a high of 763K and concluding the quarter at 610K.

Behaviour Interactive Inc.'s Dead by Daylight Mobile demonstrated more stability in revenue with a notable rise to $323K in early April and a steady close at $242K. The game maintained a steady download rate, peaking at 182K, and concluded with an impressive active user count of 5.2M in the final week of June.
